The Host
Ramon “R.L.” Terry is a multifaceted host known for his efforts in entrepreneurship, technology, and entertainment. R.L. is formally known as “Black Dev” in the podcast world. He made his first appearance as the co-host for Steelo GQ on the critically acclaimed podcast “Parameters” in 2017. He has since dropped the “Black Dev” hosting persona for a rebranding under the name Ramon “R.L.” Terry. Still, apart of the Parameters team, R.L. has expanded to his own head produced show “Stubborn”.
